I get asked about where I see IM going quite a bit, and I can say
that I believe it’s headed straight toward a full multimedia
experience. And that starts now with audio and video.
People are so immersed with both audio and video on a daily basis
that it becomes second nature to them. So why should the Internet
be any different? It shouldn’t….
